COVID-19 Precautions

 

With COVID-19 putting a dampening on traditional celebrations, Greetings From The Grass is unique & safe way to put a smile on the faces of those around you. We are taking all precautions to keep your family and our own safe by wiping down signs with disinfectant after each use. We also ask that you please refrain from touching or moving the signs.

What Do I Have To Do?

 

Once we have have confirmed your order and received payment, you don't need to do anything else! Just sit back and enjoy your personalized message! Greetings from the Grass will be delivered the evening before your event date, unless  other arrangements have been made. 

 

 

​Delivery Area

 

We service the Bradenton/Sarasota area including Anna Maria, Bradenton, Ellenton, Longboat Key, Myakka City, Nokomis, Osprey, Palmetto, Parrish and Sarasota.  Additional delivery fees may apply, please call or text for more information.

Inclement Weather Policy

 

We will not be able to deliver your Greetings From the Grass if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or removal. In the event of prohibitive weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

We work closely with our customers to insure to create a memorable Greetings From The Grass experience and we understand that plans can change. In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. However, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment and cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.​ Greetings from the Grass are meant to be pleasant surprises and we recommend notifying the homeowner prior to delivery. In the event that a homeowner requests that the greeting be removed, we do not refund payments.
